Training Runs 

Each year, these training runs occur Wednesday Nights in groups starting at 6:30 PM, running the full Cow Harbor course starting on Laurel Avenue.  The training runs go for six weeks leading up to the race. This is a great way to join other runners in getting ready for this challenging but unforgettable race. 

Whether you plan to run in the race or not, please consider volunteering for the Great Cow Harbor 10K.  Each year we need many volunteers for tasks both on race day and in preparation.  Volunteer options and registration information is here.
