Starting in 2024, the NRC is tracking a club championship series for all active members.  Each member can score up to 5 points per race by finishing from first to fifth in their age group among club members (1st=5 pts, 2nd=4 pts, etc.).  Races included in the series include the Northport Downhill Mile, the Great Cow Harbor 10K, the Maggie's Smore's Sunset 4K, the Veterans Day 4K, and the Tough Cookie 8K Trail Race.  Age groups are in 5 year increments for male and female and are based on age as of 1/1/24.  The series encourages club participation at these races and friendly competition.  At the end of the year we will award prizes to age group and overall winners of the series.  Standings are shown in the file to the left.
