Great Cow Harbor 10K Race

In conjunction with the Great Cow Harbor Race Committee and the Northport American Legion the Northport Running Club hosts this national-class 10 kilometer race held each year on the third Saturday in September. The race is part of the Cow Harbor Festival weekend and runs through the scenic hamlet of Northport on the north shore of Long Island. If your a runner, please join some of the world's best athletes and run this must-do late summer running event. If your not yet up to running a 10K race, run the 2K fun run, the largest fun run on Long Island (over 600 in 2000).
